UpPath is a free tool that helps you find government benefits you may qualify for. We provide information and guidance, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Use the information we provide as a starting point, and verify eligibility with the relevant government program.

What UpPath does

UpPath matches the information you provide with publicly available eligibility criteria for Canadian government benefit programs. We show you programs you may be eligible for and provide step-by-step application guides. Final eligibility is always determined by the government program itself.

What UpPath is not

• Not tax advice — we are not tax professionals. For tax filing, use a free CVITP clinic or qualified tax preparer

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep benefit information accurate and up to date. Government programs change their eligibility criteria, payment amounts, and application processes from time to time. While we work to reflect these changes quickly, there may be delays. Always check the official government program page for the most current information.

Limitation of liability

UpPath provides information on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information we provide, including missed benefits, incorrect applications, or any other outcomes. Our tool is a starting point for your own research and applications.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of UpPath after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
